2021 is coming to a close and it has to be my biggest knife buying year by a large margin! Starting in February, my price range began to expand and the quality of knives I started to buy quickly followed. Conversely, the number of budget knives started to shrink away. Also, started compiling a target list of the knives or knife companies that I have not purchased from yet.
