The remaining four are all fixed blade kitchen knives made by @greateasterncutlery The first of these is the Bunkhouse Brand paring knife in 1095 and has already sold out where I bought it at. The last three were bought as a set and are all in stainless so they won’t patina like the Bunkhouse one.
